2. What kind of results can I expect?
Content that is creative and persuasive, reflecting your message and brand, while driving your audience to buy your service, make a donation or align with your initiative. You can also expect confidentiality. Know that all proprietary information will be maintained in the strictest confidence.
3. How do you charge for services?
Typically, we charge by the project and fees are determined based on project scope. Each project is truly unique, so we require baseline information regarding your project prior to quoting a fee.
We also offer retainers and volume discounts for those clients who want ongoing copywriting and/or editing support. To best suite your needs, it is helpful for us to know and understand your budget parameters, so we can provide you the best value.
4. What if I need web design, graphic design or other related services in addition to copywriting?
TechScribe has talented strategic partners who provide graphic and web design, in addition to other communication services. Based on client needs, we engage strategic partners to deliver a quality array of services.
5. What are the benefits of working with TechScribe?
We provide clients with a seamless process that entails a careful assessment of your communications project. We listen. Using essential research and interviewing techniques, we determine:

6. Do you charge an extra fee for rush projects?
An additional fee is incurred for rush projects. Up to a 50% surcharge is applied, depending on the turnaround that is requested.
7. How many revisions are included with your fee?
Two rounds of revisions are included with the quoted fee. Once we develop a first draft of your project, we solicit feedback and incorporate your revisions into the next draft. This process is repeated through an additional cycle before finalizing your project.
8. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover, as well as checks.
